Do you accept my insurance?We are an out of network provider and do not directly bill insurance companies. The payments you make may be reimbursable through your insurance. Due to the complexity and variability amongst insurance companies, we cannot guarantee reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out of network benefits. You will be provided with a receipt of payment to submit to your insurance company.

What is your payment policy?Payment in full is due at the time of service. Cash, check, credit card or HSA cards are accepted.

Do I need a script from my doctor?Delaware allows direct access to physical therapy, meaning that you do not need a script to be evaluated. If you have recently (within the past 60 days) had a breast surgery, we do request that you have a script from your surgeon. This allows us to coordinate care with your medical team and to ensure that you have clearance to initiate therapy.
