Due to the complexity and variability amongst insurance companies, we cannot guarantee reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out of network benefits. You will be provided with a receipt of payment to submit to your insurance company.

Payment in full is due at the time of service. Cash, check, credit card or HSA cards are accepted.

Delaware allows direct access to physical therapy, meaning that you do not need a script to be evaluated.

If you have recently (within the past 60 days) had a breast surgery, we do request that you have a script from your surgeon. This allows us to coordinate care with your medical team and to ensure that you have clearance to initiate therapy.

If you're too far from the clinic or juggling a busy schedule, I offer telehealth sessions to bring pelvic floor care to you—wherever you are in Delaware. Through secure video visits, I can assess your needs and create a personalized plan that fits your goals. While I’m not hands-on during these visits, I’ll walk you through how to release tight areas using tools like self-massage and cupping—empowering you to care for your body at home with confidence. Please note: Telehealth services are available to Delaware residents only.
